Achieves optimal scheduling conditions at all times
Responsible for recruiting, training and developing a strong sales team
Understands and absorbs company culture as well as properly reflects company image
Oversees all operations of the store
Works with other store managers as a team
Effectively merchandises product in store and on mannequins
Maintains store’s general appearance, administration and P.O.S.
Adhere to Policy and Procedures Manual
Actively seeks out marketing possibilities within the mall or neighbourhood
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years retail management and/or 5 years retail experience
High School Diploma necessary, Post-graduate diploma or degree preferable
Must be proficient using retail POS software
